By accessing or using Weavara ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Weavara is an automated news aggregation and analysis service that:

• Collects publicly available financial news from RSS feeds and other sources
• Generates AI-powered summaries and analysis of stock-related news
• Delivers daily email digests to subscribers
• Tracks up to 3 stock tickers per user during beta phase

Beta Service: Weavara is currently in beta testing. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions or errors.

Weavara is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and does not execute trades or manage assets on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

• All content is for informational and educational purposes only
• You should NOT make investment decisions based solely on information from Weavara

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• All investments carry risk, including potential loss of principal

Weavara is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information
• Reliability: The Service may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI-Generated Content: Summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies or misinterpretations

You are solely responsible for how you use any information obtained through the Service.

5. User Accounts and Data

5.1 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5.2 Data Collection

We collect the following information:

• Name and email address (for account creation and email delivery)
• Stock ticker preferences (to customize your digest)
• Usage data (to improve the service)

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.

6. Content and Copyright

6.1 Third-Party Content

Weavara aggregates content from publicly available sources via RSS feeds and other means. The Service displays headlines, short excerpts, AI-generated summaries, and links to third-party content. We do not reproduce full articles. All original articles and content remain the property of their respective publishers and copyright holders.

6.2 Our Content

AI-generated summaries and analysis produced by Weavara are owned by Weavara. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

6.3 DMCA Takedown

If you believe content on Weavara infringes your copyright, please contact us at the email below with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its location
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service
• Use automated tools (including bots or scripts) to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal user activity

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Weavara and its operators shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, financial losses from investment decisions, or any other damages arising from use of the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (currently $0 during beta)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weavara, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Investment decisions made based on information from the Service

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Update these Terms at any time (we will notify users of material changes)
• Change pricing or features as we transition from beta to paid service

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us or unsubscribing from emails.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Ontario, Canada.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weavara regarding use of the Service.
